- Early-birds: Consider
registering early to ensure acceptance and help us with gender
balancing. Adult registrants prior to April 25 qualify for a
prize drawing at camp and pay $25 less than later registrants.
- Confirmation:
Receipt of your materials will be acknowledged by Email or Phone.
Please allow two weeks. Acceptance is contingent on
available space and gender balancing, prioritized by date of payment.
- Cancellation:
Fees include a $25 non-refundable deposit (per couple or family unit).
The remainder is fully refundable through May 15. After
that, the refund is contingent on filling the vacancy. Anyone on
a waitlist may cancel for a full refund at any time.
- Families: All children must be registered, even if they are free.
- Registrant's age: Use registrant's age on 5/25/2012 to find the applicable fee.
- Dietary restrictions: To ensure your special needs are met, we encourage you to bring your own foods.

- Special for 2012 celebration: Attendees age 13 and up will receive your choice of a anniversary T-shirt or dance bag. Please use the Other Information box of the registration form to indicate your preference and shirt size, if applicable.
